Return Policy

We do not accept refunds/returns however, if there is an issue, we will do our best to come to a solution.  

If any item needs to be modified and sent back to Gotcha Hooked it is the customers responsibility for the new shipping cost, and it must be paid before the item is shipped back to the customer .

Shipping lost items: We use USPS United States, Postal Service to ship all of our packages. We provide a tracking number on all orders. All orders will be shipped at buyers risk, Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order for we are not responsible for incorrect information when placing your order
